In a digital, post-pandemic, turbulent healthcare landscape, nurse leaders are uniquely positioned to positively influence organizational change through innovation and transformational leadership. This can have widespread implications for the future of nursing and healthcare in general.

The purpose of this survey is to explore the relationship between Transformation Leadership and Innovativeness among nurse leaders. 

Your participation in the survey is voluntary. No personal identifiers such as your name, place of employment, or address are being collected, so responses will be anonymous and can never be linked back to you. 

Completion and return of the electronic questionnaire indicate your consent to participate in the study. The questionnaire should take about 10 or less to complete. Participants should meet the following criteria:

• A Registered Nurse with an active license
• Have a professional leadership role such as Manager, Director, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, or President
• Speak English
