ANA-NY is proud to support member Leigh Griffis-Cogan, PhD candidate at Molloy University, in her study exploring the relationship between workplace social capital, organizational commitment, and intent to stay among clinical nurses in acute care settings.
If you are a registered nurse providing direct patient care in an acute care hospital, you are invited to participate in this confidential online survey. Your input will contribute valuable insights to strengthen the nursing profession and support nurse retention efforts.
