On 11/12, advocates will flood lawmakers’ inboxes and social platforms with messages for two critical pieces of federal legislation for nurses:
- the Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act
- the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Reauthorization Act
These bills would help prevent workplace violence and support healthcare workers’ mental health respectively.
